Hi! I'm Gary Tatro
Owner of Tatro's Catering


I graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary College as a Certified Chef in 1981. I have been involved with the food service industry for over 20 years! This experience has been wonderful, from working for other people to owning my own successful restaurants. One thing I've learned through it all... There is nothing more important than Great Customer Service!

Along with Tatro's Catering, my wife Lisa and I currently have two successful Deli's. Lisa is an incredible baker and is sought by other deli's and bakeries.

How It All Began...    

My wife, Lisa and I started Tatro's Catering with the goal of providing people with great tasting homemade food at a reasonable price while making it enjoyable for both of us and our customers. We do functions from small backyard BBQ's for 30 people to wedding buffets for 200 - 300 people. We do Vermont Teddy Bears staff BBQ each year for 250 people.

We practice safe food handling from the time we receive our products until it reaches your plate. We prepare all of the food ourselves and I am at every function to ensure the success of your day. I truly believe that our customer service and attention to detail is second to none.
